A little brisk.

Oh. And it's minus 18 F in Nome at the moment. Approximately 10 AM AKST. Fine weather for a camping trip.

In contrast, it got up to 66.9 at the Aerie at 2 PM EST. eat your heart out Rev. Paul!

    I've been told that sled dogs thrive at -30 on the trail. The mushers know dogs won't overheat at that temp. When it gets much warmer, they have to slow the pace a bit, and check the dogs much more frequently.

    It's a balmy 6 above w/ snow falling, here in the Anchorage banana belt. Enjoy your spring!
