About that cold....

It has begun...

BRITAIN COLDER THAN ICELAND: NEW ALERT AS TEMPERATURES PLUNGE TO -11C

Okay, it's not 80 F below zero, but for those in the British Isles, it's pretty cold. And snowy!

I wonder what the temps are in East Anglia?

  1. Considering Iceland doesn't really get that cold by my standards (due to the way the currents pull the air up their way) I'm not sure that says much....

  2. True, Ruth. It's usually much colder in the Adirondacks, for example, but the name "Iceland" when compared to Great Britain--and that minus 11 degrees C--sends a chill down to my toes just the same.
