Incredible! They are surprisingly musical. We see them fairly often here (one at a time though) but I have never heard them call before.

I was driving near Corsicana TX years ago and a big mature Bald Eagle swooped down in front of my truck as I was driving across a bridge over a lake. I got a good close look and am sure my jaw dropped. It is not every day you see an eagle while driving in Texas.

That's amazing! We get them here every winter, although not quite like that!

Those of us living in Alaska take a different view of this. Eagles that are that habituated to people can be very dangerous. They are still predators - and letting children chase them - not such a good idea. We routinely have them in our neighborhood waiting for people to walk their smaller dogs, or let the little pups out alone. When they get used to being fed by people they then go for the easiest prey they can find and have no fear. What is a side show to you - is daily life for some of us.
