Eco-sailors rescued by oil tanker
An expedition team which set sail from Plymouth on a 5,000-mile carbon emission-free trip to Greenland have been rescued by an oil tanker. My guess is they had little experience with the North Atlantic in spring time.
Yeah, the irony is strong in this one.

That story ranks right up there with the "global warming" ships which got stuck in Arctic Ocean ice which wasn't supposed to be there ... meanwhile, Interior villages in east central Alaska are being literally scrubbed off the land by massive ice floes from the rivers which are just now starting to break up. More warming, no doubt.
Nuke the Whales!
hehehehe. Have missed visiting you lately. I've been a slacker. You always come up with interesting, thought provoking or just plain fun stuff to read. I must be more regular...in many ways!
