Who's On First

Regardless of what Punxsutawney Phil decreed this morning, spring is in the air. At least in Florida and Arizona where major league pitchers and catchers will be reporting next week for spring training.

In honor of the beginning of the rites of spring, I present:

Abbott and Costello were recognized by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum with a plaque, gold record and transcript of this famous sketch included in the museum collection.

Lou Costello, the derby wearing, bat wielding foil in this routine was indeed a pretty fair athlete back in the day back in New Jersey. Basketball and boxing in particular were his sports, but he also did some catching in high school.

I dare you to watch this without laughing out loud.
