an unlicensed 16-year-old allegedly stole a 2005 Honda Civic yesterday and tried to escape from an officer by driving into a city-owned parking lot full of marked police cars.The 16 year-old then proceeded to crash into a police tow truck.
What a maroon! I would love to be a fly on the wall when he relates how he got caught to his new cellmates, wouldn’t you?
