Not much to write about today except:
It got up to 55 degrees today under bright sunny skies. But we will pay for this beautiful pre-spring day with an ice storm tomorrow. Up to 1/2 inch of ice is forecast. (The Bolt Hole will get between 1/2 and 1 inch of ice. That should take down a few trees!)
The turkeys made a brief appearance again today, but so did some European Starlings. The latter dirty birds are abundant down in the valley but don't come up the hill all that much.
Terry flew back from California yesterday and stayed at her Mom's house in NJ before driving back home today. She was supposed to have jury duty Tuesday at the county courthouse, but when she called this afternoon she was told there would be no need of her services as there were no trials scheduled. Ah, the joys of very rural living!
