A little Sibling Rivalry at the Iditarod, too.

You really have to dig around in the mushers' profiles to discover things. Like the marriage between Allen Moore and Aliy Zirkle. They don't even make it easy when the last names are the same--in this case with what appear to be brothers.

Cim Smyth Big Lake, AK, Bib Number: 3
Cim Smyth, 33, was born in Alaska and is the son of Iditarod veteran "Bud" Smyth.

Ramey Smyth
Willow, AK, Bib Number: 21
Ramey Smyth, 34, was born in Alaska, the son of Iditarod veterans Bud Smyth and the late Lolly Medley.

At least for the Smyth boys the blurbs tell you they have a father in common.

It is less clear with the Redington men:

Ryan Redington Wasilla, AK, Bib Number: 25
Ryan Redington, 27, was born and raised in the Wasilla area. He's been mushing since "I could hang onto the sled," says Ryan....
Ryan has a long family history in the Iditarod. His grandfather was the "Father of the Iditarod," Joe Redington, Sr. Ryan grew up watching his father and grandfather race in 33 combined Iditarods and knew it was something he wanted to do.

Ray Redington Jr Wasilla, AK, Bib Number: 9
Ray Redington, Jr., 34, was born and raised in Alaska. The grandson of Iditarod co-founder, Joe Redington, Sr. and son of Iditarod veteran, Raymie Redington, Ray says that he's been mushing since he can remember.

Common Grandfather but the clear link of a common father is not given. I'm guessing that they are brothers since it says Ryan watched both his grandfather and father race 33 times and it mentions that Ray, Jr.'s dad was a racer. But there's a chance they're cousins.
