Man Glued to Porcelain Throne May Have a History

Remember the guy who was so embarrassed by the Home Depot employees when he got glued to the toilet seat? He ended up suing Home Depot. CNN is carrying a report
that he did the same thing a year before.

Ron Trzepacz, former director of operations for the town of Nederland, where Dougherty lives, told the Rocky Mountain News in Tuesday's editions that Dougherty told him in the summer of 2004 he was glued to a toilet seat in the town's visitor center but pulled himself free.

He didn’t sue or even file a police report in that incident.
